Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil the water by bringing 4 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil in a medium-sized pot over high heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add black tea bags, rosemary sprigs, orange zest, and sliced ginger. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until fully dissolved.
  4. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve to remove solids.
  5. Gently stir in the freshly squeezed orange juice.
  6. Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs.
