- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until browned and fully cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- In a saucepan, combine peach preserves, whiskey, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them gently in the whiskey peach BBQ sauce to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
