  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds Chopped nuts can be an alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Cilantro can be used instead.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare sweet potatoes by peeling and chopping them into 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Cook white rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  4. Combine the spices in a bowl. Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and toss with the spice mix.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt. Gradually add cold water until smooth.
  7. Assemble the bowl by placing rice at the base, followed by sweet potatoes, chicken, tahini sauce, sesame seeds, and parsley.
