  • 2 cans Tuna well-drained
  • 1 cup Cracker crumbs Saltine crackers recommended
  • 1 large Egg slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise light or regular
For the Dill Mayo Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dill fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Patties Preparation
  1. Prepare the Tuna: Flake the drained tuna in a medium bowl until broken into smaller pieces.

  3. Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into five equal portions and shape into 1/2 inch thick patties.

Dill Mayo Sauce Preparation
