Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and grease a 9"x13" baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Cream together butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
