  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or cubed; rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 1 cup Red Grapes Halved and patted dry.
  • 2 stalks Celery Finely diced.
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill Chopped.
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
For the Crunch
  • ½ cup Toasted Pecans or Slivered Almonds Optional, fold in just before serving.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by shredding or cubing your cooked chicken, ensuring it’s cold for optimal texture.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Finely dice celery and slice green onions. Add to the chicken bowl along with halved grapes.
  4. Pour dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Gently fold together until well-coated.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Just before serving, fold in toasted pecans or slivered almonds for extra crunch.
