Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage links until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and eggs until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick baking spray. Pour half of the pancake batter into the dish.
  4. Add half of the sliced sausage and half of the shredded cheese on top.
  5. Pour the remaining pancake batter over the first layer, followed by the rest of the sausage and cheese.
