- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and eggs until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick baking spray. Pour half of the pancake batter into the dish.
- Add half of the sliced sausage and half of the shredded cheese on top.
