  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, buttermilk, and crushed pineapple until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; some lumps are okay.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
