- Preheat the oven to 400º F (200º C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, white sugar, and nutmeg. Stir in butter and water, heat until boiling, then set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually stir in milk and vanilla until smooth, then fold in peaches.
