Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of honey and 2 tablespoons of sriracha until well combined.
  2. Coat the salmon fillets in the honey sriracha mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
  4. Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Flip salmon, brush with glaze and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Prepare rice as per package instructions.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds or scallions and serve.
