Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Arrange the sweet potato rounds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the rounds with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and ground cinnamon. Toss gently.
  5. Roast the sweet potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fork-tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with warm honey, then sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
