Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas, then mix in nut butter and maple syrup or honey until creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, oat flour, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt, then stir well.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown at the edges.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
