Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cooking your choice of noodles according to the package instructions. Generally, this takes about 8-12 minutes until they are tender but slightly firm to the bite (al dente). Once cooked, drain them well, rinse briefly under cold water to stop cooking, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken pieces and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until they are golden brown and fully cooked through.
  3. Lower the heat slightly and add 3-4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and slightly golden.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, and a few tablespoons of water, then stir in a teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the chicken and garlic, and cook it over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and your choice of vibrant vegetables into the skillet. Toss everything together gently for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through and coated in the sticky sauce.
