Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes. Rinse and fluff rice before serving.
  2. Chop broccoli into small florets and set aside.
  3. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and oregano.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken and sauté the chopped broccoli in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  6. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, ground ginger, and arrowroot powder in a bowl. Pour into the skillet with chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Mix mayo, sriracha, and water in a separate bowl until smooth.
  8. Assemble the bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, spicy mayo, and sesame seeds on top.
