Ingredients

For the Steak
  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak Tender and flavorful protein; substitute with ribeye or filet mignon for a richer taste.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Adds richness and aids in searing steak; use any neutral oil if unavailable.
  • 1 tsp Salt Enhances flavor; adjust to taste, and consider low-sodium options if necessary.
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Provides heat and flavor; freshly ground is preferred for better taste.
For the Ravioli
  • 1 pkg Refrigerated Cheese Ravioli Delivers quick, convenient, cheesy flavor; substitute with other types of ravioli or use homemade if preferred.
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter Adds richness to the sauce; can substitute with olive oil for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Onion Adds sweetness and depth to the sauce; shallots may serve as a substitute.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Essential flavoring ingredient; adjust according to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine Adds acidity and depth; substitute broth for a non-alcoholic version.
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth Enhances the savory flavor of the sauce; substitute with vegetable broth for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates a rich, creamy texture; for a lighter version, half-and-half can be used.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Adds nuttiness and richness to the sauce; use Pecorino Romano for a sharper flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley For garnish and fresh flavor; omit for a less herbal taste.
