Preparation Steps
- Pat the sirloin steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a large skillet with olive oil for 1-2 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the ravioli and cook per package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and reserve.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, then add chopped onion, cooking for 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Pour in white wine or beef broth, scrape the pan to deglaze, simmer for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add the reserved steak and ravioli back to the skillet, toss to coat, garnish with parsley, and serve.
