  • 1 large Egg Can replace with olive oil
For Seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Spread chopped fresh spinach across the puff pastry, leaving a ½ inch border.
  4. Crumble feta cheese on top and press gently to adhere.
  5. Fold the pastry in half, seal edges with water, and slice into 1-inch strips, then twist.
  6. Place on the baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and flaky salt, and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
