Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the puff pastry on your countertop for about 30 minutes until pliable.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté spinach for about 3–4 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed spinach with crumbled feta cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  5. Spread a thin layer of filling along the center of each pastry strip, then twist each strip.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), and apply an egg wash to each twisted pastry.
  7. Bake the twists for about 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
