  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar or honey/maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil or canola oil
For the Garlic Veggies
  • 2 cups Broccoli or snow peas
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms any variety
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil or avocado oil
For Serving
  • 4 cups Steamed White Rice or jasmine/basmati rice

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prep all vegetables into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic. Measure out soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add ground beef, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook until golden, then add broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Assemble bowls with steamed rice, topped with ground beef and garlic veggies. Drizzle with any leftover sauce before serving.
