  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef or ground turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs gluten-free if desired
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 Jalapeños seeds removed for less heat
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese pepper jack for extra spice
  • 4 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika or regular paprika for milder flavor
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
For the Ranch Drizzle
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing homemade version from mayo and buttermilk works

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg, mixing until evenly distributed. Add onion, jalapeños, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gently fold in cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until evenly distributed.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  4. Remove from oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Warm ranch dressing gently in a small saucepan.
  5. Drizzle ranch over meatloaf slices before serving.
