Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss until coated and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Halve the baby potatoes and place them in the slow cooker. Drizzle half the melted butter and olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  3. Layer the seasoned beef cubes on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker. Drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil over the beef.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
  5. Once cooking is complete, stir the beef and potatoes together and serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
