Cooking Instructions
- Begin by placing your chuck roast at the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Evenly sprinkle the dried minced onion and Montreal steak seasoning over the surface of the chuck roast.
- Pour the Worcestershire sauce and Arby's sauce generously over the seasoned roast.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Once the cooking time is complete, carefully remove the roast from the slow cooker and shred the beef.
- While you’re shredding the beef, warm the cheddar cheese sauce in the microwave.
- To serve, pile the warm, shredded beef onto the soft onion rolls and drizzle with warm cheddar cheese sauce.

Notes
It's best to assemble the sandwiches just before serving to keep the onion rolls soft and prevent sogginess from the beef and cheese sauce.
