- Drain the canned skipjack tuna thoroughly.
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, and sea salt. Mix well.
- Preheat a frying pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then reduce to low.
- Carefully transfer the mixed tuna into the warm pan, spreading it out evenly. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container for leftovers.
