Cooking Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes. Prepare seasoning mix in a bowl.
- Cook the shrimp in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1-2 tablespoons of sriracha, and juice of half a lime. Mix until smooth.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions and have it ready by the time the shrimp is cooked.
- Layer a portion of rice at the bottom of each bowl, top it with shrimp and chosen vegetables.
- Drizzle the spicy mayo over the bowls and optionally sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
