Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crush 36 Oreos until they resemble fine crumbs. Combine with 1 stick of melted unsalted butter and press into a 9x13-inch dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. Beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 tub of whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Whisk together 3 boxes of pudding mix with 3 cups of cold milk until thickened, then fold in the remaining tub of whipped topping, mint extract, and food coloring.
  7. Spread the mint pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight for best results.
  9. Slice into squares and garnish with Oreo crumbs, whipped topping, maraschino cherries, and green sprinkles.
