- Thaw shrimp and scallops, rinse under cold water, and pat dry. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add prepared seafood and cook for about 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and scallops are opaque.
- Pour in white grape juice and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
- Transfer seafood mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for approximately 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
