  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Can substitute with parsley
  • 1 piece Lime Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp Tacos
  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Toss with olive oil, chili powder, chipotle chili pepper, cumin, and salt, then marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, combine yogurt, remaining olive oil, garlic, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, lime zest, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix shredded cabbage with about 1/2 cup of creamy sauce and toss well. Reserve leftover sauce for drizzling.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté marinated shrimp for about 4 minutes until opaque and firm.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet until pliable. Assemble tacos with shrimp, slaw, and additional sauce. Serve immediately.
