- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the pepperoni slices and spices. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Lay out wraps and distribute the beef mixture across the center, sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll each wrap tightly and seal edges with water. Place rolls seam-side down on a baking tray.
