  2. Slice a fresh head of cabbage into thick rounds, about 1 inch wide.
  3. Brush both sides of each cabbage slice with olive oil and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix well.
  5. Shape the meat mixture into patties matching the size of the cabbage slices.
