Preparation Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, around 375°F (190°C).
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts, coating evenly. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
- Grill the chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
- Slice the grilled chicken against the grain into strips.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave until pliable.
- Spread hummus on each warmed tortilla. Layer with mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and feta cheese.
- Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to secure all ingredients inside. Slice each wrap in half and serve.
