Preparation

  2. Prepare your rice according to the package instructions. Once fluffy and tender, stir in a splash of sesame oil and keep it warm.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef in batches, searing each for about 3-4 minutes until browned and tender.
  2. To serve, place a generous helping of warm sesame rice at the bottom of each bowl. Top with bulgogi beef and your choice of vegetables or a fried egg.
