- Begin by dicing two medium sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces for your Ground Beef Hot Honey Bowl. Arrange the diced sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. While you’re at it, prepare your toppings by slicing avocado and measuring out cottage cheese and hot honey.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roast the prepared sweet potatoes on the baking sheet for about 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fork-tender.
- While the sweet potatoes are roasting, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add one pound of the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
