Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated onion, chopped parsley, mint, dried oregano, crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well distributed. Shape into four patties, about ¾ inch thick.
- Place the patties on a plate and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once shimmering, cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper for the tzatziki sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Toast the burger buns in the same skillet until golden brown.
- Spread tzatziki on the bottom half of each bun, add lettuce, a chicken patty, a slice of tomato, and top with the bun.

Notes
Chill patties for at least 30 minutes to prevent crumbling during cooking and enhance flavor. Use a thermometer to ensure patties reach 165°F for safe consumption.
