  1. Start by peeling and deveining your shrimp, then marinate them with minced garlic and a sprinkle of paprika for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add cooking oil, and sear shrimp in a single layer for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium, pour in coconut milk, whisk in garlic, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, and chili flakes; simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the seared shrimp back to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
  5. If using vegetables, stir them in during the last minute of simmering until just wilted.
