Step-by-Step Instructions for Eggs Benedict Casserole Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Coat your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Add half of the torn English muffin pieces on top of the bacon.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining Canadian bacon and English muffin pieces.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the layered bacon and English muffins.
