- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking oil or butter.
- In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté the diced onion and bell pepper for 3-5 minutes.

- In a large bowl, whisk together 12 large eggs, 2 cups cottage cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
