  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce Hoisin sauce is a substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar Apple cider vinegar can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Drizzle over before serving.
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Any suitable oil can be used.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 3 stalks Green Onions For garnish.
  • to taste Sesame Seeds Optional garnish.

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the ground beef, breaking it apart until browned for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add shredded cabbage, cooking for 4-5 minutes until wilted but crisp.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar; pour over the mixture.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper; cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve hot.
