  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni Turkey pepperoni is a lighter choice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 slices Bacon Optional, can substitute with turkey bacon

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until pale and frothy, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the heavy cream to the eggs and whisk until smooth and glossy.
  4. Fold in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese along with the ground meat and pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, and stir until incorporated.
  6. Fill the muffin tin ¾ full with the batter.
  7. Bake in the oven for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
