Step-by-Step Instructions for BBQ Chicken Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in the sauté pan and cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken, let it cool slightly, and shred with two forks. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  4. In the same sauté pan, add butter, sliced onions, and red wine vinegar. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
