  1. Start by peeling and cubing sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in the cubed sweet potatoes and cook with the sausage for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
