- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Evenly spread a layer of oyster crackers across the prepared baking sheet.
- In a medium saucepan, melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over medium heat and stir in 1 cup of brown sugar, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Pour the thickened caramel sauce over the oyster crackers and gently stir to coat.
