Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients and mix until slightly sticky.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  5. Boil salted water, add potatoes, and cook for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
  6. Mash potatoes with garlic, butter, and milk until creamy.
  7. In a skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour, then gradually add beef broth until thickened.
  8. Transfer baked meatballs into the gravy skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
  9. Serve the mashed potatoes topped with meatballs and gravy, garnished with parsley.
