  1. Pat the large shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. Sear the shrimp in a single layer for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until opaque.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter, and once melted, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Return cooked shrimp to the skillet with fresh lemon juice and red pepper flakes, toss gently in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted into the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
