  • 1 whole Orange Slice for juicing and garnishing.
  • 1 whole Lemon Lime can be used for an extra zesty flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
For the Fizz

  • Ice Cubes Keeps the drink chilled and refreshing.

Equipment

  • mixing glass
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • muddler
  • juicer

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing a fresh rosemary sprig in a mixing glass. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press down on the rosemary leaves for 30 seconds.
  2. Slice an orange and a lemon in half, then squeeze the juice directly into the mixing glass over the muddled rosemary, collecting as much juice as possible.
  3. Add a tablespoon of honey to the citrus juice mixture in the glass, stirring well until fully dissolved, about 30 seconds.
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes about halfway full. Pour the citrus and rosemary mixture over the ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Carefully strain the mixture from the shaker into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
  6. Pour sparkling water over the strained mocktail until the glass is nearly full, giving it a gentle stir to incorporate the bubbles.
  7. Garnish your drink with a slice of orange and lemon, and a fresh rosemary sprig on top.
