  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds Soak in liquid prior to blending for best texture.
  • 1 cup Water or Coconut Water Coconut water adds electrolytes and sweetness.
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Just a pinch is sufficient; won’t add noticeable spice.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional; can omit for a lower-sugar version.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the chia seeds in either water or coconut water for about 5 minutes until they swell.
  2. Prepare the ingredients by cutting fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces and using a ripe banana.
  3. In a blender, add the soaked chia seeds, pineapple chunks, banana, and turmeric powder, along with the liquid base.
  4. Blend on high for about 90 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid if needed and combine black pepper and honey if desired.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar and serve immediately.
