  • 3 ounces Pineapple Juice Use fresh juice for best flavor
  • 1 ounce Dragon Fruit Syrup Can substitute with raspberry or strawberry syrup
  • 1 ounce Cream of Coconut Shake well before measuring
  • 0.5 ounce Lime Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
For Garnishing
  • 1 piece Pineapple Wedge For garnish
  • 1 slice Dragon Fruit For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the white rum, dragon fruit syrup, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice. Close the shaker tightly.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until frosty.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and a slice of dragon fruit.
  5. Serve it chilled and enjoy immediately.
