  1. Blend 1 ½ cups of fresh strawberries with ¼ cup of pineapple juice on high for about 30 seconds until smooth. Pour into a jug and set aside.
  2. Rinse the blender, then add 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks, ½ cup of ice cubes, ¾ cup of pineapple juice, and ¾ cup of coconut milk. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Fill a tall glass about 25% full with the strawberry base, pouring gently to maintain its vibrant appearance.
  4. Carefully layer the coconut blend on top of the strawberry layer, filling the glass to the brim.
  5. Gently swirl the layers together using a straw or small skewer, being careful to maintain some distinct layers.
