Marinade Preparation

- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, toss to coat, and cover with plastic wrap. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Skewering
- Prepare the skewers by threading marinated chicken pieces, leaving space for even cooking.
- Optionally add colorful vegetables between the chicken pieces.
Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Ensure grates are clean.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
Serving
- Remove skewers from the grill, let rest for a couple of minutes, and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
