  • 1 pound chicken breast or thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing homemade or store-bought
  • 3 cloves garlic freshly minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 pieces skewers if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes

Method
 

Marinade Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, toss to coat, and cover with plastic wrap. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Skewering
  1. Prepare the skewers by threading marinated chicken pieces, leaving space for even cooking.
  2. Optionally add colorful vegetables between the chicken pieces.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Ensure grates are clean.
  2. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
Serving
  1. Remove skewers from the grill, let rest for a couple of minutes, and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
