- With wet hands, form medium-sized meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, aiming for approximately 32 meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Bring to a gentle boil and thicken.
- Gently toss the baked meatballs in the hot cranberry sauce and let them heat for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meatballs to a serving platter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley, then serve warm.
