- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the edges of the pizza dough with olive oil.
- Pre-bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until set but not browned.
- Remove from oven and dollop pieces of burrata cheese evenly on the surface.
- Layer thin slices of prosciutto over the burrata cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the prosciutto and burrata.
- Scatter torn fresh basil leaves over the pizza and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Return the pizza to the oven for another 2-3 minutes to warm the burrata.
- Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
