  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for brushing
For the Toppings
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese can substitute with fresh mozzarella
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto to layer after baking
  • 2 tablespoons Honey opt for mild floral variety
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil can substitute with arugula if desired
  • to taste Sea Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush the edges of the pizza dough with olive oil.
  4. Pre-bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until set but not browned.
  5. Remove from oven and dollop pieces of burrata cheese evenly on the surface.
  6. Layer thin slices of prosciutto over the burrata cheese.
  7. Drizzle honey over the prosciutto and burrata.
  8. Scatter torn fresh basil leaves over the pizza and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven for another 2-3 minutes to warm the burrata.
  10. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
