  5. Pour two-thirds of the glaze over the salmon and arrange diced pineapple around the fillets.
  6. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. For a caramelized finish, broil the salmon for 1-2 minutes, watching closely.
  8. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, garnishing with parsley before serving.
